PRENATAL & POSTNATAL YOGA 

Yoga is a wonderful way to support your body and mind through the transformation of motherhood. While pregnant, we not only gestate our babies but undergo preparation to birth ourselves as mothers (and the labour doesn't end there)!

 

I facilitate a gentle and nurturing practise to help guide you into connection with your breath, your body and your baby. Classes are designed specifically for pregnancy, to prepare for birth, and promote postpartum recovery.


Yoga is a platform to bring women together in circle and share the opportunity to open and expand through the experience of growing ourselves as mothers.
