YOGA for PREGNANCY and POSTPARTUM
Yoga facilitates integration of body, mind and soul. Practice supports the layers of transformation that naturally occur in pregnancy, birth and beyond.
I hold a gentle and nurturing space to help guide you into connection with your breath, your body and your baby. Yoga classes are designed specifically to support prenatal health, prepare for birth and optimise postpartum recovery.
My teaching style is accessible and playful, placing a strong emphasis on breath, alignment and inner awareness. My approach is imbued with warmth, pragmatism and integrated learnings from over 120 births I have witnessed.

I am currently offering two prenatal yoga classes a week and postnatal for mums and bubs, delivered as a six week series. Priority placement in postnatal is given to prenatal clients.
