Yoga is a wonderful way to support your body and mind through the transformation of motherhood. While pregnant, we not only gestate our babies but undergo preparation to birth ourselves as mothers (and the labour doesn't end there). I facilitate a gentle and nurturing practise to help guide you into connection with your breath, your body and your baby. Classes are designed specifically for pregnancy and postpartum, bringing women together in circle to share the invitation and opportunity to open and expand through growing ourselves as mothers.

I am currently offering weekly pregnancy yoga, mums and bubs and an open class for every-body. Classes are located on the Lower North Shore in an outdoor garden setting, suitable for all levels and stages. Get in touch with me to organise your first class.
