Yoga facilitates integration between body, mind and soul to support the many layers of transformation that occur during pregnancy, birth and beyond. 


I facilitate a gentle and nurturing practise to help guide you into connection with your breath, your body and your baby. Classes are designed specifically to optimise prenatal health, prepare for birth, and promote postpartum recovery.

My teaching style is accessible and playful, placing a strong emphasis on alignment, breath and inner awareness. My approach is imbued with warmth, pragmatism and integrated learnings from over 100 births I have supported.

I am currently offering lunchtime prenatal yoga classes and postnatal for parents twice a week in Charlestown. Contact me to book your first class - no prior experience required, judgement free zone, suitable to all stages and ages.
