PRENATAL

A weekly practice of strength, softness, and steady preparation. For women from 12 weeks through to birth - and beyond.

MORE THAN JUST A YOGA CLASS

There is something that happens when women move and breathe and prepare together. A particular kind of trust forms - the kind that doesn't need to be forced, because it is built on genuine shared experience.

The YogiMama community is one of the quiet gifts of this practice. Week by week, you will find yourself surrounded by women who are walking the same path - who understand the weight of what you're carrying, the beauty of it, and the courage it takes to move toward it with open eyes.

This is a space where you are welcome to arrive exactly as you are - and leave a little more connected to the strength that is already there.

12 weeks to birth
75 Minutes | Group Session

A weekly ritual of strength, softness, and steady preparation. Designed to support you from the end of the first trimester through to birth, group classes weave functional movement, breath-work, relaxation, and birth education into a grounded, supportive community space.

Together we will:

  • Strength and stability - building the physical capacity your body needs for labour, birth and the demands of early motherhood.

  • Pelvic awareness and balance - supporting optimal positioning for your baby and your own comfort as pregnancy progresses.

  • Breath and nervous system regulation - the tools that will serve you most in labour, practised until they are second nature.

  • Intuitive body awareness - learning to listen to what your body already knows, and building the trust to act on it.

  • Guided rest and connection - creating genuine space to slow down, turn inward, and connect with your baby.

  • Birth education woven through movement - so that understanding birth and preparing for it happen at the same time, in the same breath.

This is more than a yoga class - it is embodied birth preparation.

Return to movement gently and intentionally - with your baby beside you and a community that holds you through the tender early months.

  • “What I thought was simply prenatal yoga turned out to be physical, mental and emotional preparation for birth. Each class I learned about various aspects of birth, and was pointed to useful resources that broadened my understanding of what to expect and how to make informed choices. I also felt wonderfully calm and relaxed after each session, and loved meeting a community of women navigating the same rite of passage.”

    Rebecca

  • “Sarah’s prenatal yoga classes were the best way to unwind, prepare, and connect with like-minded mothers - and many lasting friendships were formed. Sarah goes above and beyond for her clients and has so much wisdom to offer. She even came to our son’s first birthday to support us with a placenta burial naming ceremony.”

    Lauren

  • “I’ve always felt disconnected in pregnancy - even carrying twins. I can’t thank you enough for guiding me into a place of learning how to connect with my babies and feel love within myself. Your yoga classes are the perfect portal to discover how to enjoy this special season of life, and I am beyond excited to journey deeper towards birth.”

    Kate

  • “I can’t recommend Sarah’s prenatal yoga classes enough. She is so welcoming, and the small, intimate classes create a beautifully supportive and warm environment. It’s been the perfect preparation for birth - physically, mentally, and emotionally. I feel calm, connected and ready to meet my baby.”

FOR THE MOTHER YOU ARE BECOMING

You are already doing something remarkable. Growing a life, preparing your body, learning to trust yourself through one of the most profound experiences you will ever move through.

This practice is here to support all of it. Not just the physical preparation - though that matters deeply - but the quieter work of reconnecting with your body, your breath, and the innate wisdom you already carry.

Every Tuesday and Friday I watch women arrive carrying the week, and leave a little steadier. That steadiness accumulates. By the time birth comes, it is there - ready to be drawn on.

I would love to have you in the room.
